Recovery happens inside the game, on the login screen. The site never asks for your password, and nobody on the team will ask either: whoever asks for your password is not on the team.

The most common problems
Four cases account for most of what reaches us, and all four are solved without waiting for a reply.
The game will not open after installing
It is almost always the antivirus holding the client executable, because the installer is not signed by a large company. Allow the game folder in your antivirus and open it again. The download page publishes the SHA-256 of the installer: if your file matches that number, it was not tampered with on the way.
I downloaded it on my phone and cannot find the game
On iPhone the app is still on TestFlight, so it does not show up in App Store search: you get in through the link on the download page itself. On Android the app has not been published yet, and the page says so instead of offering a third party APK.
I want to delete my account
There is a page of its own for that, with no need to talk to anyone. The link is in the footer and on the community page.
Contact the team
One channel only, and it is the same one in the Terms of Use. Write from the account's own e-mail: that is how we confirm the account is yours without asking for any password.
To make it fast, send along: the account name, the character name, whether it happened on PC or mobile, and the approximate time. Without that, the first reply becomes a request for information and a day is lost.
MuThrone is kept running by a handful of people and sells nothing. Replies are not instant, and we do not promise a deadline we cannot meet.
